By registering and paying the registration fee the participant has agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
After registration a confirmation email will be sent along with the discounted booking link for the congress hotel.
The Jubilee Diner will be held in the Congress Hotel on Saturday Evening 30th September 2023 from 19:00-23:30.
Chef’s choice buffet according to season and market:
Participants have the option to cancel their tickets within a certain period of time before the event date. Refunds will be issued as follow.
An administration and banking fee of 50 euro will be deducted from the refund.
Participants may transfer the ticket to another name only after prior approval of the organizer and payment of an administration fee of 25 euro.
In case of event cancellation, participants will be entitled to a full refund. In case of rescheduling of the event, participants have the option to either request a refund or use the ticket for the new date. Participants are equally entitled to refund in full in the case they can provide prove of their national governmental pandemic restrictions traveling to the Netherlands.
No refund for any other reason: Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, such as change of mind or personal circumstances.
No refund for partly used tickets: If a participant has used a portion of a multi-entry ticket, no refund will be issued for the remaining entries.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. It is also possible that the organizer choose to pay the refund by (international) bank transfer. In that case additional bank information will be requested.
Processing time: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame, usually within 28 days after the refund request has been received.
The organizers nor the venue can be held liable for any lost or damnation to personal properties or health of the participants. The participants should arrange their own insurance to cover any medical costs.
All scientific contributions, either as an abstract, paper, presentation, workshop or any other communication are the sole responsibility of the author or presentator and do not reflect the opinion neither the view of the Organisation, the ICMART, the NAAV or WAVAN. Contributors and researchers also declared to have obtained all necessary approval from any applicable ethical review board and declared to comply with obtaining all necessary informed consent according to the Helsinki protocol.
The Dutch authorities has lifted all restrictions related to COVID-19. However the organizer will monitor the situation carefully and will take immediate proper measurements. Pictures will be taken and videos shot by the staff hired by the Organizers. By registering for the congress the participant authorize the Organizers to use photographs and videos for promotional and didactic purposes. Participants wishing not to be filmed or photographed should indicate their wish clear and unmistakably to the staff.
We accept all payments and sub charges are payed by ICMART. After payment you will receive a receipt with a invoice number. Please bring the invoice to the event when you want to collect your ICMARK badge.
